Connecting the dots between emotional states & physical symptoms
Do you notice how your thoughts & feelings drive physical symptoms? Do you have stress management practices (e.g. breathwork, meditation) & know ‘that’ they work but not ‘how’ they work?
This workshop will explore the underlying mechanisms that connect our emotional states to the physical expression in the body & offer a nuanced understanding of stress management strategies.
Knowing ‘how’ your self-care techniques work will enable you to refine & enhance your practices to improve specificity & efficacy.
