Do you wonder where your creativity comes from? Do you find yourself at the mercy of your creative muse? Are you curious about the relationship between creativity and health?
This course will explore the biological processes that mediate the physical and emotional expression of creativity and artistic performance, showing how self-care is the key to high frequency performance.
Blending the language of traditional anatomy with concepts of quantum biology, we will explore the role of resonance and frequency in dynamic health and human communication. Viewing art as a form of nutrition that we share with our audience, we will also explore the concept of “Regenerative Arti-culture”, where artists learn to tend their own soil and soul, ensuring that everything they produce has a high nutrient density for those who encounter it.
This course is ideal for anyone wishing to explore the biology of human communication, creative expression, and dynamic health. New to anatomy? The content is designed for those beginning their journey as well as experienced practitioners curious about new perspectives.
Want to continue your journey? This course is a pre-requisite for those wishing to explore Quantum Youniversity’s therapeutic healing arts courses.

Full Course Curriculum
Class One: Introduction
A contextualized overview of the body as a creative medium through traditional and quantum perspectives. Topics include:
Creativity - Nature vs Nurture: The biological and environmental influences on the development of creative expression
Energy, Frequency, Vibration: The quantum perspective of matter as music
Regenerative Arti-Culture: The role of the artist in the development of biological and cultural evolution
Class Two: Traditional Anatomy
An exploration of the types and functions of body tissues from a traditional perspective and their roles in health and performance. Topics include:
Tissue Classifications: The functions of bones, ligaments, tendons, and muscles
Fascia: The connection between body structure, emotional responses, and greater field consciousness
Dynamic States: How these tissues respond to physical, emotional, and environmental contexts
Class Three: The Intelligence Network
An overview of the systems that mediate the exchange of intelligence in the body and the greater field. Topics include:
The Nervous System: The mediation of sensory, movement, and emotional information
Sound, Light, & Electricity: The role of bio-photons, phonons, and electrical charge in communication
Human Communication: The role of body tissues in inter-personal and audience-performer interaction
Class Four: Fluid Dynamics
An exploration of the body’s fluid systems and their roles in health, performance, and communication. Topics include:
Energy Alchemy: The role of blood and lymph in energy management and dynamic health
The Cranio-Sacral Pump: The movement of cerebro-spinal fluid and its role in health and consciousness
Breath: The rhythms of gas exchange and breath management in the context of health, communication, and performance
Class Five: Information Exchange
An exploration of the environmental interface mediated by the digestive and immune systems and the connection to emotions. Topics include:
Digestion: Nutritional absorption for energy production and tissue repair
Immunity: How the body balances external and internal information. The connection between identity and auto-immunity
Inflammation: The feedback loop between emotional states and inflammatory responses in creative individuals
Class Six: Traditional Psychology
An overview of the classical concepts of psychology in the context of creativity and performance. Topics include:
Anxiety and Depression: The physiology of stress and its relationship to creativity
Perfectionism: The role of self-esteem and power dynamics in the development of obsessive traits
Addiction: An explanation of the connection between creativity and the development of addictive tendencies
Class Seven: Interaction and Communication
An exploration of the neuroscience of communication in performance from an evolutionary perspective: Topics include:
Body Language: The evolutionary biology of non-verbal communication
Mirror Neurons: The biology of the performer-audience interface
Gesture and Timing: Understanding the anatomical keys to authentic performance
Class Eight: Resonance and Harmony
A review of the previous class topics through the quantum perspective of resonance and harmony in performance: Topics include:
Quantum Biology: Dissolving traditional anatomical concepts to view the ‘body’ as an extension of the symphony of field dynamics
Cosmic Resonance: The body as a fractal scale of planetary dynamics and the role of 432Hz frequency
Revision and Discussion: Time to review and discuss the course content
